Does hives caused on scalp due to allergy affect the transplanted hair follicles?

I had my FUE one week ago , recently i got hives on my skin and scalp due to a shellfish allergy which lasted for about 4 hours. So i just wanted to know will that by any chance effect the transplanted hair follicles. Thank you.
