Placing a brow lift incision through the hair baring area will allow the forehead to be re-lengthened vertically. This can also pull up the eyebrows.

I do a tremendous amount of cranioplasty. It is likely that we can do a browlift, and reduce the muscle that is in excess while moving volume to the hollow area. This should help restore a more symmetric appearance.
