Hi, it has been 5 weeks since I had my fue procedure of 4000 grafts and it seems as though I have had minimal shedding and some significant growth from grafts. It is very thin and sparse but longer in some areas. Was Receding from frontal horizontal sides and also vertically on the sides. Hairs were transplanted in both those areas and front also. Should it be a cause of concern? If they do remain will they thinken up eventually on and around? Thanks in advanced.

Answer: It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results. If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor
It's certainly possible but the extent to which is happens is really dependent on the doctor's experience. A doctor who has done many of these procedures should cause an extremely small amount of damage to pre-existing natural hairs.
Go visit your doctor. That's a pretty unique issue and definitely should be investigated by your doctor further to make sure there's not a larger underlying issue.
19 years old is too young for a transplant, barring exceptional circumstances. A transplant that adds to your hairline at 19 will almost certainly look bad and out of place by the time you're 30. You should wait until you're 25 at the minimum, so your surgery can be planned around your future...
