I'm sorry to hear about your experience to date.  Eyebrow restoration requires great skill and knowledge of the eyebrow anatomy and hair angles and design, as well as micrografting techniques.  If you were to laser your hair away, you can consider another transplant by a skilled center who is familiar with eyebrow restoration, but after 3 procedures you may have too much scarring from the healing which may compromise vascularity and not support new hair growth.  Basically- you can try it, but there cannot be a guarantee that the hairs will all grow.  Microblading could be an option for you after you do LHR.  Good luck to you, and again, I'm sorry to hear what you have been going through.  Very Best, Dr. Rome

You should list your concerns. The eyebrow hair looks coarse, is that the case?  The hairs that are growing in the wrong direction can be plucked out repeatedly until they will not grow.  Yes, you can remove the entier eyebrow and start again but how are you going to select a doctor after 3 failed attempts?
