What can be done to correct this lip? (Photo)

63 year old female, one side of my lower lip has all but disappeared, thinned or rolled inward. My current nurse injector says that this cannot be corrected with filler. Told me to "cheat with lipliner" which isn't really a very satisfactory solution. I wanted to ask the physician community if they had any suggestions. Thank you
