My daughter has been on Oratane Prednisalone plus antibiotics. Her acne is so much worse. What can we do ?

I would assume she is at the beginning of her regimen. What happens with Accutane occurs under the skin as the pores and glands change. What occurs is an initial acne flare-up and breakout because all of that has to come up and out. She needs to stick with the regimen and let it continue.
