Firstly, I'm wondering if my breasts are normal... I've researched breasts augmentations a lot and never found any like mine in the before pics. Are they tubular? Do I suffer from ptosis? I can't figure it out. Secondly, is there any way surgery can help me get nice cleavage? What I've read online is quite disheartening but I thought it was worth getting an opinion.

I would consider seeing a surgeon who already works with a PS in case there is a need to intervene. That will give you an opportunity to meet with the PS in advance and learn about the risks of having a lumpectomy with the implant in place.
