Almost 10 years ago I had Liposuction to under my chin (with plays tightening), lipo on my belly and inner thighs. All of these areas have wrinkly skin now unlike the rest of my body. I'm wary of having anymore liposuction for this reason.

Answer: Skin loses elasticity overtime and contour issues may become manifest years after liposuction.
There is no known benefit of compressive garments after liposuction although most plastic surgeons asked the patient's to use them for about six weeks. The inner thighs or sometimes hard to fit for the proper type of compression so better not to wear a garment all than one that generates...

Some liposuction is assisted by a laser or the skin is purposely damaged for the purposes of tightening. Occasionally patients will have protracted hyperpigmentation.
