While lipomas can certainly change in size over time, typically they will not spontaneously regress and need to be surgically removed if you want them gone. Consult a local plastic surgeon to discuss your options if you are interested in removing these. You would likely need a couple different sessions to remove these however, as typically a maximum of 3-6 can be removed in one sitting.

Multiple small lipomas can normally be easily removed under a local anaesthetic. You have to swap them for a small scar. I am not aware of any natural methods to treat them. Best wishes.
