Question

I have been thinking about surgery for years but am not sure what surgery to get upper eye lift? Will that even help considering it is the inner part of my eye. They are also not even the right eye is worse than the left eye I don't want that webbing look how can I fix this and is it fixable. Also my jaw is not symmetrical can jaw and chin implants fit this as I have a small chin. I always look tired or grumpy. And if I did have surgery at 23 to fix this how long would it last? Thanks

Thank you for sharing your question and photos. There is a bit of extra skin on the upper eyelids. The "webbing" and skin can be improved with uppers eyelid blepharoplasty. You should see an experienced oculoplastic surgeon who will perform a detailed evaluation of your problem and guide you with treatment options. An easy way to treat your jaw and chin is to inject fillers. This will also give you the opportunity to judge the appearance prior to considering a more permanent procedure. Good luck.

For webbing on the inside of the eyelid there are multiple difference procedures such as z plasty that can be done. The surgery is an outpatient procedure that takes about 30 min. How that helps.
