Thank you for your question. There can be many reasons for your asymmetry. Some could be caused by medical conditions which require treatment. You should be evaluated in person by an oculoplastic surgeon for proper guidance. 

You probably will benefit from a detailed oculoplastic assessment.  It can be helpful to determine the basis of your orbital asymmetry.  Hyaluronic acid fillers and cosmetic botulinum toxin can be helpful.

Your eyes are gorgeous. As are your smile lines. For now, invest in a good, creamy, light reflecting concealer for your dark circles and call it a day. Down the road, you may want to consider a bit of HA filler in your tear trough, but not necessary now.  My best, Dr. Sheila ...

Thank you for the question and photo. You have a ptotic (drooping) right upper eyelid. There are several techniques to improve the problem. An experienced oculoplastic surgeon can make you look symmetrical again. Good luck.
