What can I do about possible botched gyno surgery? Is this scar tissue needing release, bowl deformity or cratering? (photo)

Thank you for sharing your excellent question.  After 11 months you have reached your long-term appearance change from surgery and based on your pictures of being flexed it seems as if too much tissue (Gyno and fat) was removed leaving you with the indentations seen.  This can be improved upon with fat grafting and release of any scar tissue that formed.  Hope this helps.

Based on your post alone, it is difficult to assess the cause of your condition. Whether it is due to scarring, excess skin, over resection of fat/gland, or some other cause can only be determined with a physical exam. The treatment will depend on the cause and may include scar release and/or fat transfer/grafting. You should schedule an appointment with your plastic surgeon so that he/she can address your concerns, examine you, and develop a plan of care. Best of luck!
