Thank you for your question.  It is rare, although possible, for breast feeding to be affected due to a breast lift.  The milk ducts remain intact during this procedure as only the areola size is reduced.All the best,Dr. ResultsMiami, FL

It appears you are healing very nicely.  In my practice we allow scar creams and gels after 3 weeks, but you need to check with your surgeon.  BTW, I prefer silicone gel to bio oil.Good Luck!
