I would like to know about the safety of The Refine® Internal Breast Suspension System as a supplement to breast lift after implant removal. I have concerns about implanting another foreign device in my body after removal of my silicone implants as I have developed several help issues due to the silicone (my question is not about the safety of silicone implants but the safety of the materials the suspension system is made of - polyester sutures and polypropylene anchors)

Based solely on your photos, the wound doesn't look infected. Your surgeon's wound protocol is good. Just follow his or her advise to the letter and keep in close contact. These things take time to heal but they also need to be assessed in person. My best,
