I'm currently a 34C but have deflated breasts due to breastfeeding two kids. I want fullness and a little cleavage without having to wear a push up bra. Prior to kiddos I was a full 34D and definitely don't want to be that again, I just want to have the fullness back. Is it possible to achieve that with a small implant without going up in size?

Answer: Is it possible to get implants and NOT go up in cup size. Thank you for your question. Yes, you can add an implant to your breasts to help improve upper pole volume and restore some of the tissue lost during your pregnancies and nursing. Implants add overall size to your breasts but do not have to add a full cup size or more. It also sounds as if you would be a candidate for a breast lift at the same time to help reposition your nipples into a higher, more youthful, position providing further breast enhancement. Hope this helps.

Answer: Breast lift? Yes, it is possible to increase fullness without going up a size, but based on your description, you sound as if you might be a better candidate for a breast lift. Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area (link below) so that you can be assessed in person. Best, Dr. Nazarian
