What constitutes a "narrow chest" (so that 375cc HP would look "perky-natural" C-cup size on 5'8 135 lbs, 34AAish cup)? (photo)

My PS said I have constricted base but not truly tuberous b/c I have enough tissue on top of breasts to go subglandular. When I decided 375cc HP sizers made me look skinnier/better than M+, my PS suggested partial unders placement instead? He suggested more width (M+)but I could still do narrower HP if I want. He said I'm borderline in need of a lift; I'm hoping HP will give some lift. My goal is still a natural C-cup look - by "natural" I mean perky-ish but not huge size/cleavage/fake.Thoughts?
