Would Bellafill correct under eye hollows? (not tear trough).

I do not recommend using Bellafill to fill in under eye hollowness.  The skin is very thin in that area and Bellafill can cause long-standing visible irregularities there.  I would recommend using one of the hyaluronic acid filers for that area.  

Although many physicians do not use Bellafil in this area if it is done correctly, using cannulas, not needles and deep below the orbicularis muscle it gives excellent and permanent results. 

I don't recommend Bellafill under the eyes, due to the risk of long-term complications. These fillers (belotero, volbella, restylane silk) are good for under the eye, but keep in mind, a combination approach will give the most improvement. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. We use PRP and stem cells there often.
