Let’s just start off by saying that Dr. Keamy is the best as what she does. When it comes to adding filler into your face, you have to fully trust the person doing so. This is a big deal! Dr. Keamy has helped me target areas of my lips that i’ve been insecure about for years! For me, she targets different areas in each session (ie: lip lines, volume, etc), finding what works best for me. Everyone lips are very different, and Dr. Keamy spends the time to make sure she’s using the correct product for me, and injecting in the right areas that fit with my shape, all while making sure she’s giving me an overall natural lip. I continue to see her regularly, knowing that each session will continue to improve my issues and insecurities. It’s a process, and she’s willing to take all the steps with me rather than just injecting my lips with a bunch of filler. If you’re looking for long term results, this is how it’s done. I have been a patient of Dr.Keamy for 4 years. I have been receiving, botox, fillers and laser. The results have been nothing short of fabulous. The botox is enough to give me the look I am looking for and still have a natural expression in my face. Trusculpt can be performed by a physician, nurse practitioner, or another spa or medical assistant who is trained by Cutera. All assistants must be under the supervision of a physician or PA..It uses radio frequency to melt felt and stimulate collagen. It has few side effects and is very comfortable.
The number one side effect is extremely red skin where the device is placed for an hour or two. Some people have had sensitivity to the sticky pads or grounding pads on their skin. One side effect is mild soreness in the treated area. Lastly, the first treatment may not produce enough of a result so a second treatment may be needed.
Trusculpt ID takes at least 8-12 weeks to see results. It is usually subtle so I recommend taking photos.After 12 weeks, I will recommend a second treatment if the goals have not been met.Some people with less fat to melt have seen some results even as early as month but that is not the norm. It is an excellent procedure without downtime so may be perfect for you.
During trusculpt ID our goal is to treat the fat and skin to 43-44.5 degree C. Sometimes patients cannot tolerate 44.5 so we need to drop down the temperature. We have to balance comfort with the target. Most people can tolerate the target temperature; however areas like the back of the arms are more sensitive.
Trusculpt ID is a great way to shape your body without the risks of cool sculpting. Trusculpt ID is relatively comfortable. Similarly to COOL Sculpt, more than one session is usually required to get the desired results.
