So I just had my 1st BA consultation and so excited that I have finally started the process to have some boobies! Lol My concern is probably everyone else's concern. I don't want to go too big but I don't want to feel that I didn't go big enough. I've narrowed it down to between 400cc-450cc. I tried on sizers and the left side (my right) is 450cc and right side (my left) is 400cc. I feel that both sizes are proportionate with my hips but this is with clothes on. What do y'all think?

Answer: Breast augmentation, 450cc Hello and thank you for your question. The best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. The size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality. This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. Harvard-trained plastic surgeon

Answer: Volume of implants Thanks for the question. Always a physical evaluation is what have the last word about what volume is better to put in the implants. It depend in several factors such as chest diameter, wishes of the patients.. Based on your photos I suggest you volumes between 350-400cc to fill the breast properly but still achieving a natural appearance. Kind regards
