Implant dropped after clicking sound. Did something go wrong?

I had my BA 24 days ago , and the right side was higher than the left one so I started massaging the right side , and 2 days ago I was massaging it and heard a clicking sound and I noticed that it dropped immediately, did something went wrong ? There is no pain , and now it is slightly lower than the left one.

Of course, "something" did indeed "go wrong" if your previously too-high right implant suddenly dropped to "slightly lower than the left one" during active massage. Just how hard were you massaging? Clicking sound or not, a scar band, incompletely-healed capsule, or intact tissue tore or ruptured to allow immediate change in position. This is usually NOT "fine." This is one reason I do not recommend downward massage in my patients (at least at first). Gravity is a pretty reliable force to count on, and implants never rise up. Gravity ALWAYS makes them drop . . . how fast and how much is the indeterminate issue. Each patient is different, but gravity works the same for ALL patients.What really happened may not be determined until seen under direct vision at the time of revisionary surgery, if that is necessary. You may be fine and the clicking could be some tissue swelling, but I would suggest going back to your surgeon and being checked. You do have two different breasts that may not settle at the same time
