Lip filler brand to minimize the risk of granulomas getting bigger?

Thank you for sharing your question. Either of the major HA filler brands should afford you a nice improvement with little risk of granuloma formation. See a specialist in consultation however.

The only filler that is known to develop granulomas as radius and that filler is not recommended for lips because of it.

Otherwise find someone who has a lot of experience and will avoid injecting close to the skin surface.
