Do I need slights bigger lips? Feel like they aren't symmetrical. I don't like the fake looking big lips. (photos)

You have beautiful naturally full lips. You could definitely use one syringe of Restalyne L or Juvederm to give you some natural plumping without having that 'fake' or 'big' look. As we age, our lips become less full, so injecting them with filler will help keep them youthful and plump.

I perform a lot of lip injections with fillers such as juvederm and it works great. Many times I need to put more in one side than the other to attempt to even out the vermillion border (The red line of the lip). This helps provide more symmetry at times.For patients looking for a more long lasting result, I recommend fat grafting. That is, using your own bodies fat to make your lips naturally look more shapely. The bonus is that the results last many many years.
In general, I avoid using permanent prosthesis because I find that the lips are such dynamic and sensitive structures, the end result is not natural.

From your photos you have nice full lips. Botox can help lessen the amount of gums that show when you smile, but it does not appear that is an issue for you. If the symmetry is bothersome to the point that you want to have treatment I encourage you to visit with an experienced injector.

Symmetry simply does not exist in nature. Every single individual has a cemetery in every part of their body especially considering that there is left on the right side.
