Hi Thank you for your question A filler here would be a good option and this can subtly improve the indentation and address the contour discrepancy you currently have. I hope this is helpful for you BWRohit Seth Plastic, reconstructive, aesthetic and hair transplant surgery
If one has a depression after Rhinoplasty, it can be filled with a hyaluronic acid fillersuch as Restylane or Juvederm. It works very effectively and can last well over a year. Thisshould be done in the hands of a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon or Dermatologist with expertise in this area.
You appear to be a good candidate for a non surgical rhinoplasty--things such as the injection of fillers, microneedling and/ or laser treatment should give you a nice improvement. Obtain a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss further.
This is one of the perfect indications for dermal fillers in the nose. A small amount of filler will treat the indentation and will last for up to 1 year. Consult with a Board-Certified plastic surgeon who is comfortable with nonsurgical and surgical rhinoplasty. Good luck!
This is best treated with a combiantion of fillers and/or lasers or microneedling. Dermabrasion can help as well but has more downtime. Please see an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.
During a non-surgical rhinoplasty, filler is added to the nose to fillareas of depressions. Depressions can cause the appearance of the nose tolook crooked or have a hump/bump. Filling in these depressions willcreate a nose that looks straighter and make a bump look smoother. It appears that you would be a good candidate for a non-surgical rhinoplasty. After using numbing cream on the skin, it is a rather pain free. Itwill swell for 2-4 days and there is little recovery time. As with all aesthetic procedures, risks are involved. I would make sure you understand all risks before considering having a non-surgical rhinoplasty. I hope this helps.
That depression could be filled with a HA filler, however ensure to choose a specialist. There are a lot of blood vessels on the nose and if the HA is injected into a blood vessels the skin of your nose may die.
Shaping of the nasal tip can be achieved with a hyaluronic acid filler, such as Restylane®, Perlane®, Juvederm®.Since this is an advanced injection technique, please consult a board certified aesthetic dermatologist for a consultation.
Your nose can be fixed fairly easily by an experienced injector. Dermal fillers made from hyaluronic acid placed strategically will remove the indent. I will post some pictures next week of a patient I did the other day with a very similar nose. This is an advanced technique so be sure to get an experienced dermatologist or plastic surgeon consultation for recommendations and treatment options.
Yes, a filler would be able to correct the depression at the tip of your nose. These needs to be done carefully as their is risk of injection into a vessel in this area which can lead to skin death or ulceration. Make sure you seek out a plastic surgeon who understands the anatomy of the nose and where to avoid injections to prevent complications.
Nonsurgical rhinoplasty is an excellent option for dorsal augmentation in a temporary fashion. Also in patients with medium to thin skin, it is possible to have a moderate degree of refinement created in the tip of the nose. However, for patients with very thick skin, the result will...
Let's clear up- a fundamental misunderstanding first. "Nonsurgical nose job" does not mean you get all the benefits of surgical rhinoplasty or septorhinoplasty or turbinoplasties. It means that some improvements in appearance can (possibly, in some cases) be made better by injectables such as HA...
During a non-surgical rhinoplasty, filler is added to the nose to fill areas of depressions. Depressions can cause the appearance of the nose to look crooked, have a hump/bump or make the tip look narrow. Filling in these depressions will create a nose that looks straighter, make a bump look...
Generally, it is acceptable to add further filler 1 week after the initial injections, leaving more than enough time for any swelling to subside. This is common as sometimes the nose appears to be improved aesthetically, only to find out that it was swelling, and not the actual filler...
