What are those indentations on the side of my nose? Can they be filled in ? (Photo)

 The indentations in the side of the nose appear to be collapsed/concave upper lateral cartilages. The treatment for this  a rhinoplasty procedure which can address harvesting of septal cartilage, fashioning  spreader grafts, and inserting them underneath the concave upper lateral cartilage to give support in that area. Indents on your nose should not be filled as it will make your dorsum too wide. Instead, you should think about narrowing the bottom half of your nose with a closed rhinoplasty.
