I have red marks on my legs after RF micro needling and they are there quite awhile. The treatment was done to help with skin laxity on my thighs and knees which did not improve the condition. I have a lot of skin laxity on my inner thighs and around my knees. I have had co2 laser done with poor results. I was told Renuvion Jplasma would not give me the desired results. I have been advised that the best treatment for this is a thigh lift. I have been told that Lanluma x would help this area.
Answer: Recommend treating this with hydrocortisone and chemical peels Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour. We see atrophic and hypertrophic acne scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. We begin each scar evaluation with an assessment of scar quality and subtype. Our main concern is rebuilding collagen and that is why we use a HIDEF protocol that includes combination therapy. Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin. Patients should start Melarase AM and Melarase PM for active hyperpigmentation. Always begin with a consultation to decide whether early subcision should be started. Answer: Treatment for red marks RF micro-needling is a procedure that uses radiofrequency energy and micro-needles to stimulate collagen production and improve skin texture and firmness. While it can be effective for certain skin concerns, such as fine lines and acne scars, it may not provide significant improvement for severe skin laxity. Similarly, CO2 laser treatment is often used to improve skin texture and appearance but may not be the best option for addressing significant skin laxity. Renuvion Jplasma is a minimally invasive procedure that combines radiofrequency energy and cold helium plasma to tighten and rejuvenate the skin. While it can be effective for some areas, it might not be the most suitable treatment for skin laxity on the inner thighs and around the knees. Your healthcare provider is in the best position to evaluate your specific case and provide advice based on your unique circumstances. A thigh lift is a surgical procedure that can address significant skin laxity on the inner thighs by removing excess skin and tightening the remaining tissues. It is considered a more invasive option but can provide more dramatic and long-lasting results for skin laxity. Lanluma X (Lanluma with Xtra) is a brand name I am not familiar with, and it's possible it refers to a specific product or procedure. It's important to consult with a qualified healthcare professional who can explain the details and benefits of this treatment in relation to your specific situation. Ultimately, the best treatment option for your skin laxity will depend on various factors, including the severity of the laxity, your overall health, and your desired outcomes. Consulting with a plastic surgeon or dermatologist will provide you with a comprehensive evaluation and the most appropriate treatment recommendations. I hope this helps, best of luck !
