I had my lips injected with juvederm 4 days ago and on day 2 I developed a small bruise above my top lip. I am worried that it could be a vascular occlusion. I don't have any pain. I went back to check with my injector who brought the doctor in and they didn't seem too worried but said to keep and eye on it. Should I be worried?

In my opinion, injected anesthetic can change the lip with swelling. However you can use topical creams and dental blacks can also be used. Many fillers contain Lidocaine so upon injecting, patient goes numb.
It will take 2 weeks for swelling to subside after lip injections. I would recommend that you book a 2 week follow up with your injector and if you are still unhappy you can discuss options . Best of luck !
Using actual bleach is not recommended but agents that lighten skin tone are okay. I recommend you check with your medical provider who administered the injections. Hope this helps.
