Hello and thank you for your question. Sculptra is a less invasive way to fix dip hips. You may need multiple treatments at first, then maintenance treatments every 2-3 years. The cost of 1 vial of sculptra is $650, you may need up to 10 vials depending on how deep your dips go! As far as cost for the surgery, that is typically between $7000 to $1100. They are both great procedures! One is more invasive than the other with more downtime after.
