Would i have better results going to a plastic surgeon or an OB/GYN for a labiaplasty and clitoral hood reduction? i am seeking a more tucked, innie appearance and hope not to lose sensation: but i prioritise aesthetic appearance over sensation.

Thank you for your question and photos. You should choose either a plastic surgeon or a gynecologist who specialize in female genital cosmetic surgery. Not all do in either specialty. You are correct, that both the labia minora and clitoral hood needs to be reshaped for you. Loss of sensation should not occur if you seek a surgeon who has lots of experience in these surgeries. I prefer to do these surgeries under local anesthesia with minimal oral sedation. Initial recovery is about a week, but no insertion of tampons or sexual intercourse for one month. Good luck.

Thank you for your question.  I get it all the time!  I don't do butts, boots, faces, or anything other than the female genitalia.  We know how to repair after a vaginal delivery.  We learn how to repair with cancer.  A gynecologist won't make you look like anyone other than yourself. Make sure you ask about the experience of your gyno and get all your questions answered.
