I added my real picture and my wish pic. I'm scared to gain more weight because all of the fact will go to shoulder pads, face and collar bone and I'm scared to get those areas lipod. So do I have enough fat and is wish pics realistic?

Answer: Is my bbl wish pics realistic? It is difficult to tell with just a picture of you from behind. To really be able to give you advice, I would need to see a front view and profile. From just the one photo, It does appear that you could have a dramatic change with liposuction to the back and love handle region. This liposuction alone would help to give you the small waist and make you look more like your wish photo.
