In the US, the two options for butt augmentation is the Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) where fat is liposuctioned from one or more areas of the body, carefully prepared, then injected into the buttocks and buttock implants. In the BBL, there is a double benefit where you get body contouring from the lipo (which alone by making the waist smaller helps the buttocks) and then enlarging the butt with fat. Many patients say that it is very natural in touch, appearance and in motion ('jiggles naturally'). In NY as well as the rest of the US, no other injectable material other than fat, to my knowledge, is approved for buttock augmentation.
