I had smart lipo with bodytite in my arms. I feel great. It has been 16 days and I can already see that my arms are smaller but I just noticed that in my armpit area, they are very lumpy and the skin is horrible just like in the pic. Does stretching and massages helps this?

You will continue to improve for 6 months after your Smartlipo to your upper arms. you should wear the arm garment, in whatever protocol your plastic surgeon suggests. you can add on massage. I doubt at home RF machine will do any harm, and i doubt it will be of any use. as a courtesy, you s...
