My armpits are lumpy after Smart Lipo & Bodytite on my arms, will massaging help? (Photos)

I had smart lipo with bodytite in my arms. I feel great. It has been 16 days and I can already see that my arms are smaller but I just noticed that in my armpit area, they are very lumpy and the skin is horrible just like in the pic. Does stretching and massages helps this?
