every shower i lose about 400 hairs i wash my hair gently and i don't comb it when its wet i leave it untill it dries also i dont use flat iron only a straightener once a week i have curly long hair it was thick when i was younger now im 19 and my hair's thickness is very diefferent if we look back at it 2 yrs ago , i notice the thinning and white spots especially the front side i'm really scared now im messaging it gently with olive oil now is it normal to lose this amount of hair ?
