I don't think Evolis should help not hinder LPP. It has not been studied formally of course but I don't see any harm not benefit. Like anything, buyer beware.For LPP, one needs to consider topical steroids and calcineurin inhibitors along with steroid injections and oral anti-inflammatories (doxycycline, hydroxychloroquine, methotrexate). These have the potential to really impact the disease. Be certain to see a dermatologist.

I would go back to see your doctor and ask this question.  LLP is a difficult disease to treat and you must have a plan created with your doctor.
