What kind of hair loss am i experiencing, very oily scalp with bumps, crawling sensation, itch and pain? (photo)

For the past 6 months im experiencing diffuse hair loss but mostly from the crown area, i also have been experiencing very oily scalp (increased oilyness) w/ random crawling itch and pain. There’s this oil like bud attached to about 20% of hair that falls off and i dont understand what it is.There are also present pimple like bumps on my head. Attached are samples of my crown, and the hair with the attached oily bud.
