For the past 6 months im experiencing diffuse hair loss but mostly from the crown area, i also have been experiencing very oily scalp (increased oilyness) w/ random crawling itch and pain. There’s this oil like bud attached to about 20% of hair that falls off and i dont understand what it is.There are also present pimple like bumps on my head. Attached are samples of my crown, and the hair with the attached oily bud.

You may have a scatricial alopecia type disorder. for example we can see both patch hair loss and eyebrow inflammation and hair loss in frontal fibrosing alopecia..So you may need to have a full exam with an hair surgeon, dermatologist and skin biopsy to find out reason for hair loss.
