My hairs are starting losing and i m thinking bcoz of mpb but in my family no one was bald till 50 or from mother side no one... When i was my hairs they doesnt fall out but when not washed for one day they start falling and when scratching in scalp i get some white stuff and my hair becoming rough and dry could you help the pics are with flash

You may have a scatricial alopecia type disorder. for example we can see both patch hair loss and eyebrow inflammation and hair loss in frontal fibrosing alopecia..So you may need to have a full exam with an hair surgeon, dermatologist and skin biopsy to find out reason for hair loss.
