While this is an "off-label" use of Emsculpt, it can be used on the thighs and hamstrings. It is important that the Emsculpt provider is trained and experienced in such off-label use. It is important that the paddles are placed properly in these areas to get the greatest benefit. We have great success in treating upper legs in our practice using Emsculpt. I hope this helps!
Hi and thanks for your question!Yes Emsculpt Neo is perfect for treating fat and building muscle on the front of your thighs (quadricep muscles) and inner thighs. After 4 weekly treatments, on average, patients see 30% fat reduction and 25% increase in muscle size. Each body part (quads and inner thighs) takes 30 min to treat, so you would need 60 min to do both front thighs and inner thighs.Hope this helps!
Thank you for your question. The Emsculpt Neo has treatment settings for all four aspects of the thighs: inner, outer, front and back. A smaller curved applicator is used for treating the inner thighs.
Dear grywlfjla:Emsculpt may now be used on the abdomen, buttocks, anterior and posterior upper arms, anterior and posterior thighs, and calves. With careful placement, the inner thighs can be treated as well. Your Doctor will need the new applicators. The Emsella chair treats the pelvic floor in men and women. Results are impressive and can even help those with medical problems who have muscle imbalances or symmetric weakness.I hope this is helpful to you!Sheryl Clark MD FAAD
Hi thank you for your question. Emsculpt may be used on both the inner and the front of the thigh. Not every patient is a great fit or the right candidate for the curved applicator. However, in these cases the regular applicator could be used. It is important to have a consultation with a trained provider to find out if this treatment is right for you. Best of luck!
Thank you for your question. With the new small head applicators, Emsculpt is now able to treat the biceps and tricep muscles of the arms as well as the quads, hamstrings and calves of the legs.I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore.
The biggest contraindication to EMSculpt is having metal in the area being treated. Since this is electromagnetic it could dislodge the devise. As long as your hernia has not recurred you should be fine with EMSculpt. Happy Toning, Dr. T
I wouldn't EMSculpt over an active tumor, but having a past history of a cancer in another area should not be a problem. I think you will be happy with your result from the procedure. Good luck, Dr. T
Thank you for your question! There is not a contraindication for blood thinners and Emsculpt. You will want to discuss with your treatment provider any heath conditions and medications you are taking, but there is no reason you can not continue your anti-coagulant therapy and enjoy all the...
You appear to be a great candidate for EMSculpt. EMSculpt will build, strengthen and tone your abdominal muscles while burning about 20% of the overlying fat. I've personally had these treatements and it definitely helped flatten my stomach. We recommend quarterly maintenance treatments to keep...
CK-MB is a cardiac protein, so it will not increase with an EMSculpt. CK-MM is a striated muscle protein that is elevated when someone has rhabdomyolysis. CK-MM does not cause rhabdomyolysis. You are correct that EMSculpt causes 20,000 hypercontractions of the muscles during the 30 minute...
