There are 2 common ways to enhance the buttocks: 1) fat injections after liposuction and 2) buttock implants. If you do not wish to have liposuction, and therefore are not a candidate for fat injections, then you can seek out a surgeon that does buttock implants. Regardless of the technique, there are risks with both (loss of fat with fat injections, infection of implant).
