hello i'm 15 years old and asian girl and my body stopped growing since 13 which is 8th grade i was the one who had big breasts compared to my teens and eventually my height and such as breast etc stopped growing (changing). My gene is like that growing early and stop early such as my mother and mother's sisters and my father's sisters.......and also i already have my parental agreement they are fully agreeing if doctor is willing, so when i turn 16 can i have BBL in my condition?
