After a BBL the fat transferred to the buttocks will act like any other area in the body. If you gain weight, the volume of your buttocks can increase and if you lose weight it can decrease.

As with any time when your weight fluctuates,  weight will go on or come off in many different areas. This can occur in the buttock as well.
