I had my rhinoplasty with Dr. Mehmet Göcek and I’m beyond happy with the results. From the start, his staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable, and Dr. Göcek was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He showed me a simulated image of my future nose, carefully listened to what I wanted, and truly delivered. My nose didn’t hurt at all after surgery — only some rib discomfort, which eased by day five. It can be done to reduce the swelling in the tip but it cannot be hundred percent effective. The main problem in your nose is the bulbous tip. Not the bridge. And the columella protrudes to much. If it bothers you, you may need an revision case. The healing can take up to 2 years. 1 year is still early for that. But you can try the Kenalog injection for the tip and see how it is going.
