My side profile is atrocious and I was wondering I would be a good candidate for a genioplasty or if it’s just because I’m fatter.

Good Morning! A genioplasty can be a great option to improve the frontal and profile views. The jaw is moved into position via cuts in the bone and secured with plates and screws. Toning the skin along the jawline can help as well. Morpheus8 microneedling RF works well in this regard with low risks. Buccal fat removal in many Asian patients creates a slimming effect.
