I have had 2 genioplasties leaving me with a lower lip that sags significantly lower than pre-surgical intervention. My mental crease seems to have fallen as well. How might I go about researching a doctor who could “lift” the lower lip and reattach the muscle? I must strain to keep the lips closed. It has been a struggle to find any plastic surgeons or maxillofacial surgeons that even mention the procedure. Thanks!
