No, they do not look like "men's pecks" but like women's breasts. If you go with a larger size, you will have more fullness and may prefer this. Going up in size may need a higher profile with a more narrow base.

Lowering the implant pocket and changing to an ultrahigh profile silicone implant would definitely improve the appearance of your breasts. You might also benefit from a donut lift. Best wishes to you.
