Is it advisable to try to reattach a window shaded muscle or would it be advised me to switch the implants to a subglandular pocket?

Don't switch to over, get it fixed. Although the degree of movement varies, by using a biologic material known as acellular dermal matrix, or ADM, the long free edge of the muscle can be brought downward. This is accomplished by sewing a perfectly cut piece of ADM to the free edge of the muscle and also along the chestwall 'floor', creating a totally enclosed subpectoral pocket for the implant to live in. The exact dimensions of this material are based on your anatomy and the size of the implant, and is tailored in the operating room.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. In most cases, only a small part of the muscle is detached from the bone. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Sorry but we would need a bit more background to answer your questions appropriately. I can say that I have in certain revision cases dissected a window shaded pectoralis muscle and pulled it down to provide better coverage of the implants.
