it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photo, it looks like you would benefit from liposuction. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Typically we recommend patients go back to the surgeon who did the procedure for revision work. If that doesn’t work for you then schedule in person consultations with local plastic surgeons.

There really isn’t much more to it than that. I typically do not recommend patients travel long distances for elective surgical procedures especially to other countries.

When people decide to travel for a procedure then they own their decision to do that.
