Thank you for your question. I would recommend BodyTite and Morpheus in conjunction with conservative liposuction. You have to be very careful in the inner thighs in particular as the risk of contour deformity and irregularity is high. Inner thighs touching is not abnormal and having the expecation that there will be a large gap b/w the thighs is not realistic (even if they have not touched in the past). The laxity of the tissue with normal loss of elasticity is the culprit. That's why the BodyTite and Morpheus together are so much more effective that liposuction alone. Emsculpt is a waste for this. Thighplasty is way overkill as there is not that much skin excess to warran that big a surgery and the resulting scar. Best of Luck!
