I had bodytite on my stomach and arms followed by Morpheus 8 but no fat was removed or suctioned. A lot of the reviews I’ve read about bodytite mention that after bodytite liquifies the fat, the fat is suctioned. Did my surgeon do something wrong by not suctioning the fat or will my body get rid of it on its own?
Answer: BodyTite BodyTite utilizes radiofrequency-assisted liposuction (RFAL) technology, which not onlyremoves excess fat but also tightens the skin. This is a significant advancementcompared to traditional liposuction, as it addresses both fat reduction and skintightening in one procedure. Typically, suctioning is performed with each procedure but is not required as your body will rid this fluid as well.

Answer: BodyTite Yes, fat is typically suctioned during a BodyTite procedure. BodyTite is a type of liposuction procedure that utilizes radiofrequency (RF) energy to liquefy and heat fat cells before they are removed. Here's how the process generally works: Liposuction Technique: BodyTite involves inserting a thin tube called a cannula under the skin through small incisions. The cannula is connected to a vacuum device that suctions out the liquefied fat cells and any excess fluids from the treated area. Radiofrequency Energy: Before suctioning, the BodyTite device delivers RF energy to the targeted fat cells and tissues. This energy heats and breaks down the fat cells, making them easier to remove via suction. Tissue Tightening: In addition to fat removal, the RF energy of BodyTite promotes tissue coagulation and contraction, which can lead to skin tightening and improved contour in the treated area. Minimally Invasive Approach: BodyTite is considered a minimally invasive procedure compared to traditional liposuction techniques. The combination of RF energy and liposuction allows for more precise fat removal and potentially enhanced skin tightening effects. Overall, BodyTite combines the benefits of fat removal via liposuction with the added advantage of tissue tightening through radiofrequency energy. The amount of fat suctioned during the procedure depends on individual goals, the treated area, and the desired aesthetic outcome. It's essential to consult with a qualified plastic surgeon who can assess your specific needs and discuss the expected results of BodyTite based on your anatomy and goals.

Answer: Bodytite and Lipo Hello and thank you for your question. Typically, yes, fat is removed with traditional liposuction. I describe Bodytite as having 4 steps: 1. injection of tumescent numbing fluid, 2. Bodytite (to melt fat and stimulate the dermis to produce collagen and elastin), 3. traditional liposuction to remove fat, and 4. Morpheus 8 in the treatment area for additional skin tightening externally. However, some providers may not liposuction if they feel there is not a lot of fat present. So, your surgeon may not have done anything wrong per se, it might have been his/her opinion that liposuction was not needed. I hope this helps and good luck!

Answer: Bodytite is a radifrequency Bodytite can be combined with liposuction procedures, but bodytite is not a liposuction per se. BodyTite is a radiofrequency assisted lipocoagulation system that helps the liposuction surgeon better control soft tissue contraction and the contours of the face, neck and body when performing aspiration lipoplasty, or skin tightening alone.

Answer: BodyTite and liposuction This is a good question. In short, you do not have to have liposuction at the same time as BodyTite procedure. BodyTite can be combined with liposuction (before or after), but if there is not too much localized fat in a specific area (in your case abdomen and arms), then liposuction is not necessary. The BodyTite and Morpheus 8 devices will help contouring and skin tightening with the radio-frequency heat delivered. Hope this helps!
