How many times can you get Smart Lipo done on your abdomen and flanks area.

i dont think there is a limit on smartlipo but it creates a good amount of scar tissuse  so i would wait for at least 9 months

i have done several patients who were very happy with their results but wondered if I could get even more fat out with further improvement, if i went back to the same area, after 5-6 months. This was in fact the case. I don't see why there is any absolute number of treatments you can have. I would suggest waiting at least 5-6 months between treatment since  you continue to improve for 6 months. . Of course, if you are very thin and there is only a small amount of fat, you have to consider the risk/benefit since Smartlipo is a great device but it cannot make you perfect, nor give you a 6 pack. david berman md
