Is it ok to get smart lipo tomorrow if I have been wearing the nicotine patch?

Is it still safe for me to get my procedure? I am 41 and very fit and healthy other than a 2 week fall of the wagon with smoking and because I didn't want to be tempted I put on a patch, not knowing it was also bad.
