I plan on losing 15 pounds over the course of the next 3 months. I am getting smart lipo on my abdomen in the next couple days. I have already lost about 30 pounds over the course of 2 years. I just want to even the area now (a few remaining "pouches") and then continue fat loss (and muscle gain) throughout my body. Will the fat loss negatively affect the treated area? The timing was decided in an effort to mitigate swelling before I start a new job in 2 months and before the start of the summer.
