What can be done to increase size and shape of the male breast?

I am a 76 years old married cross dresser and consider myself trans gender. I met and married my 2nd wife in 1987 and also told her of my cross dressing and that I would like to increase the size of my breast, she approved. From about 1988-96, my doctor then had put me on PREMARIN 0.625 which I had some results after that period of tie but I quit taking time. There is more to my story but to the point I want or need to finish increasing the size of my breast, now almost a "B" cup.

It all depends upon your aesthetic goals. If you wish to look reasonably "natural" without significant projection, then a low projection implant with appropriate width is a great option. The higher the projection, the less natural your result will be.
